SRP Member is Elected as ICRP Vice-Chair

ICRP announced in April its intention to carry out an open nomination process to fill its vacant Vice-Chair position after the retirement of Donald Cool. It has recently announced that current Main Commission member Dr Simon Bouffler (who is also an SRP Fellow), has been elected as the next Vice-Chair of ICRP effective immediately. Simon has been a member of the ICRP Main Commission since 2017, and before that, served on Committee 1 (2017-2021) and several Task Groups dating back to 2013.
