SRP member recognised in The King’s first Birthday Honours List

Safety expert and SRP member from Sellafield Limited, Rex Strong, has been awarded an OBE in The King’s Birthday Honours for his services to the civil nuclear industry. Rex joined SRP in 1988 and in his 46-year career at Sellafield, he has worked his way from Safety Assessor to Head of Nuclear Safety – with many roles in between – whilst also lending his expertise to the wider nuclear industry in the UK and beyond.
